Aethir (ATH) rents graphics-chip computing power to AI and gaming customers, using its token for payments and operator stakes.
Its October 21 update plans daily fee-funded ATH burns beginning in November, with a public dashboard to show the transactions. Independent tracking records approximately $4 million in net customer fee deposits over the past month; this is not income paid to token holders. The new system would burn part of network fees while leaving hardware operators' token-reward schedule unchanged.
At approximately $111 million reported market cap, ATH could benefit if paid computing use produces meaningful burns. Reported fully diluted valuation is approximately $231 million using 42 billion tokens. November's first burns offer a coming-weeks test. The official release schedule implies more circulating tokens than market trackers report, making dilution a major valuation risk. The new fee can fall to zero; continued releases, concentrated holdings, thin trading depth, bridge failures and launch delays could outweigh burns.
Opinion: ATH could offer a potentially undervalued computing opportunity if November's planned launch turns customer fees into meaningful token burns despite continuing releases and execution risks.
